About
Apollo Hospitals (founded in 1983) is the largest hospital chain in India, with a network of 48 owned and managed hospitals, which had 9,395 beds at the end of March 2023. The Chennai-based healthcare chain also has the largest network of pharmacies with over 4,500 outlets. Other businesses include over 1,700 diagnostic centres, 129 dental clinics, and 111 dialysis centers, to name a few. About half of its revenue comes from hospitals about 41 percent came from its pharmacies unit (which includes its digital outfit too).
