Easy Trip Planners, which operates the travel portal EaseMyTrip, on Tuesday, March 19 said it has collaborated with Zoomcar to provide pre-booked and on-demand self-drive cars in India.
The partnership brings a revolutionary change to travel in India, providing travellers with convenience and flexibility in planning their journeys from start to finish, EaseMyTrip said in a stock exchange filing.
Through this collaboration, Zoomcar's diverse selection of self-drive vehicles has been incorporated into the EaseMyTrip platform. This tie up would help users to book their desired Zoomcar directly through the EaseMyTrip app, providing travellers with flexibility and convenience in arranging their trips.
Now, EaseMyTrip users will get access to Zoomcar's fleet of over 25,000 cars, encompassing various models from hatchbacks to sedans to SUVs.
This fusion empowers travellers to seamlessly pre-book and request self-drive Zoomcars alongside their flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and other travel arrangements, all within one user-friendly platform, the company said.
This alliance will help in promoting travel experiences and boosting tourism in India, it added.
Zoomcar offers a range of self-drive vehicles across different models and budgets, catering to travellers' needs for every journey. Also, the EaseMyTrip and Zoomcar partnership offers exclusive discounts and deals, ensuring cost-effective travel solutions. .

Shares of Easy Trip Planners were trading 1.15% lower at ₹43.68 apiece on BSE at 12:21 pm.
