WeWork India launches software to optimise workspace management

WeWork India, the flexible workspace provider, has introduced 'WeWork Workplace', a space management Software as a Service (SaaS) tool, in collaboration with Yardi, a workspace management solution.

As per a press release, WeWork Workplace offers a comprehensive space management solution by integrating various office space types, including privately leased/owned, WeWork, and WeWork shared/affiliate spaces. The real-time data analytics provided by the tool enables enterprises to make informed decisions regarding office space usage, leading to effective cost savings by optimising functional office space requirements and avoiding overspending on underutilized areas, the company added in the press release.

WeWork India said the tool is aimed at enhancing productivity by streamlining the integration and management of office spaces, providing employees with a convenient office experience. "Companies utilising the platform have the option to enable access to WeWork and WeWork-affiliated locations globally, offering flexibility for businesses with employees working in various locations," the release added.
