With a series of new launches lined up for January, you might want to wait just a little while before you pick your next phone for 2024. From OnePlus and Samsung to Xiaomi and Vivo, here's all you need to know about the upcoming phones in India.
OnePlus 12
OnePlus, the Chinese tech giant, is gearing up for the launch of OnePlus 12 on January 23, 2024 in India. As per the reports, the OnePlus 12 series’ starting price is likely to be ₹60,000. The base model will have a 6.82-inch 2K Super Fluid AMOLED display with an LTPO panel.
The device will be powered by the latest Qualcomm chipset, offering 16GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The phone will have a triple rear camera with a 50MP primary sensor, a 64MP telephoto lens, and a 48MP ultra-wide-angle sensor.

Samsung Galaxy S24
Samsung Galaxy S24 is scheduled for launch on January 17, 2024, according to reports. The series includes three variants -- Vanilla, Plus, and Ultra -- featuring the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The phone will be equipped with a quad-camera setup, including a 200MP main camera.
Redmi Note 13
Another Chinese brand, Xiaomi, is launching the Redmi Note 13 series in India on January 4, 2024. As per reports, the upcoming handset will boast AMOLED displays with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Redmi Note 13 series will be driven by Qualcomm and MediaTek Dimensity 5G chipsets while having up to 12GB RAM.
One of the highlights of the phone is its 200MP primary rear camera on the upper models.

Vivo X100 series
Vivo is also preparing to launch its X100 series on the same day as the Redmi Note 13. The Vivo X100 and X100 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The upcoming series will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9300 chipset. The Vivo X100 series will offer up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
