The tech world has witnessed some major launches this week. Among several developments in the technology space, OnePlus, iQOO, Vivo, and Xiaomi have launched and announced their latest devices and services.
Meanwhile, messaging and video-calling app, WhatsApp, has also introduced four additional text-formatting features.

Vivo Y200e 5G launched
Vivo rolled out its latest 5G model, Y200e on Thursday, February 22. The Vivo Y200e 5G is the first Y-series phone incorporated with durable eco-fibre leather and patented with anti-stain coating, the brand said.
The device is available in two colour variants, Saffron Delight and Black Diamond. The 6GB+128GB variant is priced at ₹19,999, while 8GB+128GB will cost ₹20,999. It sports a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset and packs a 5000mAh battery backup.
iQOO Neo 9 Pro launched
On Thursday, smartphone maker iQOO introduced its latest handset, Neo 9 Pro in India. Priced at ₹37,999, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The dual-tone leather back-designed handset boasts a flagship 50 MP Sony IMX920 camera paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens on its rear setup.
WhatsApp’s new text formatting feature
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg on Wednesday February 21 rolled out four additional text formatting options in the messaging and video calling app, WhatsApp. The new feature is designed to allow the users a better and more organised messaging experience. According to reports, the four text format options will include bulleted listing, numbered listing, block quote, and inline code to make texting more efficient.
OnePlus confirms Watch 2 launch
Chinese tech giant OnePlus confirmed the launch of its new smartwatch, Watch 2, on February 26 at the Mobile World Congress 2024 (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain. The OnePlus Watch 2 is a successor to the company's previously launched smartwatch in 2021. The OnePlus Watch 2 will sport a premium design with a stainless steel body and a sapphire crystal display. One of the key features of the coming device is its ‘Smart Mode’, which promises a 100-hour battery life on a single charge.
Samsung announces Galaxy F15 5G
Samsung is gearing up to launch its first smartphone of the 2024, Galaxy F series in India on March 4. The Galaxy F15 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset and features a Super AMOLED display and a 6,000 mAh battery.
Galaxy F15 5G will be available in three colour variants -- Ash Black, Groovy Violet, and Jazzy Green.
