Sony, on Thursday, October 5, announced the launch of the PlayStation 5 Console – Cricket 24 Bundle in India. The Big Ant Studios game is said to have professional Indian T20 teams and is set in over 50 detailed official stadiums. Sony also claims that this is “ the most complete video game simulation of cricket seen to date”.
“PS5 Console – Cricket 24 Bundle features the cutting-edge PlayStation 5 console as its foundation, providing the hardware for a truly immersive gaming experience. Complementing the console is the intuitive DualSense wireless controller, ensuring precision and responsiveness with every gaming move,” Sony said in a statement.
The setup is also said to include essential components such as the base, HDMI cable, AC power cord, and USB cable. Printed materials will also be available to guide users through their gaming journey.
According to Sony, the PS5 Console – Cricket 24 Bundle will be available at an introductory price of Rs 47,990 for a limited period starting October 8. The MRP of the bundle is Rs 57,990.
The PS5 Console – Cricket 24 Bundle will be available on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and ShopatSC. Users can also purchase the bundle at offline stores like Sony Center, Croma, Reliance, Vijay Sales and others.
An internet connection and the most recent system software update may be needed for the PS5 console in order to play the game.
Sony reported selling more than 40 million PlayStation 5 consoles in July. In November 2020, the company released PlayStation 5, but the COVID-19 pandemic caused supply chain difficulties.
