Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar took to X (formerly Twitter) on Monday to flag a fake video that is getting circulated on the Internet.
"These videos are fake. It is disturbing to see rampant misuse of technology. Request everyone to report videos, ads & apps like these in large numbers. Social Media platforms need to be alert and responsive to complaints. Swift action from their end is crucial to stopping the spread of misinformation and deepfakes. " Tendulkar posted on X while also sharing the fake video.

In the video, Tendulkar can be seen talking about an app called Skyward Aviator Quest. While Tendulkar can be seen in the video, someone has attempted to mimic his voice. So in the video Tendulkar can be heard saying

I first came across this game when a friend asked me about it. He probably found it in a YouTube video and got excited about its earning potential. He joined the game with a minimum deposit of 300 rupees and received a 200% welcome bonus. With that, he began playing.
