OPPO India expands after-sales service to cover 25,000 PIN codes, promises swift repairs
OPPO India announced on Wednesday that it is expanding its after-sales support to cover 25,000 PIN codes across the country. This strategic move is part of the "Customer Service 3.0" initiative introduced last year, aimed at delivering accessible and efficient service to OPPO users.

As part of this initiative, OPPO India is said to have optimised its processes to guarantee a 24-hour turnaround time (TAT) for 80% of all smartphone repairs. This quick service will encompass various issues, including software problems, screen and battery replacements, speaker damage, and touchscreen malfunctions, according to the company.
One of the highlights of Customer Service 3.0 is the one-hour onsite repair service available for select devices. In addition to this, OPPO offers new product demonstrations, free pick-up and drop services, and debit/credit card-based bank EMI options for repairs. The company also ensures transparency by allowing customers to watch OPPO technicians fix their devices in real-time.
For the 24-hour send-in repair service, customers can schedule a free pick-up and drop for their smartphones by filling out the Send-in repair form on the OPPO India website. This service commences when the device reaches the service centre, and customers receive regular updates through SMS and WhatsApp regarding the repair progress.
Even in remote areas, the entire process, from pick-up to delivery, takes between 5 and 7 days. Customers can also reach out to @OPPOCareIN on Twitter or Facebook to avail of the Send-in repair service.
Damyant Singh Khanoria, CMO of OPPO India, emphasized the brand's commitment to its customers, stating, "Customers are at the core of everything we do. Expanding our smartphone repair pick-up and drop service to 25,000 pin codes reflects OPPO's dedication to ensuring accessible customer service across the length and breadth of the country. We are redefining convenience and satisfaction for our users, wherever they may be, making the OPPO experience effortlessly within reach for every customer."
To celebrate this service expansion, OPPO India has also announced festive offers at its service centres from November 6 to November 10. These offers include a 25% discount on repairs for display, mainboard, and battery, as well as a 10% discount on phone accessories, free protective film, back covers, and phone disinfection services.
For customers of OPPO's Find N2 Flip and Find N3 Flip foldable smartphones, the company is said to provide premium service with international warranty rights, an exclusive helpline with dedicated support, and bank debit/credit card EMI options for repairs. The Find N3 Flip users receive additional benefits, including a 2-hour flash fix at OPPO service centres and a 15% discount on screen replacements under warranty.
