Oppo has unveiled its new mid-range smartphone in the F series -- Oppo F25 Pro 5G -- in the Indian market. The price of the new phone by the Chinese company starts at ₹23,999 for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version in India, while the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant has been priced at ₹25,999.
As per the official release, the Oppo F25 Pro 5G smartphone will go on sale from March 5 on the company's e-store, Amazon, Flipkart, and other major retail outlets. It is available for pre-orders with up to 10% instant cashback on select bank cards, while the company is also offering no-cost EMI for up to nine months.
The phone is backed by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC processor and boasts a triple rear camera setup, led by a 64-megapixel primary sensor.
Oppo F25 Pro 5G: Specification
The new smartphone by Oppo comes with a sleek and slim design and measures 161.63mm in height, 74.73mm in width, and 7.54mm in thickness, having a total weight of 177 grams.
The dual SIM phone runs on Android-based ColorOS 14.0 and features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate. The phone's display has an aspect ratio of 20.1:9 and a resolution of 2412X1080, for crisp visuals. The display has Panda glass protection and has a peak brightness of 1100nits for clear display in outdoor conditions.
The OPPO F25 Pro 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity processor, which is manufactured on the advanced TSMC 6nm process and is paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
In the Indian market, the smartphone will be available in two colour options -- Lava Red and Ocean Blue.
For those interested in photography, the OPPO F25 Pro 5G comes with a triple camera setup, which comprises a 64-megapixel main camera with an OmniVision OV64B sensor. It is accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera having a Sony IMX355 sensor and a 16mm f/2.2 lens, while the third one is a 2-megapixel macro camera for close-up shots.
On the front, the smartphone has a 32-megapixel selfie camera with a Sony IMX615 sensor, that offers clear self-portraits.
The phone has a 5,000mAh battery, which supports up to 67W SuperVOOC fast charging.
