Error in filing: Johnson Controls is selling stake, not acquiring
Johnson Controls, in an exchange filing, wrongly mentioned itself as an acquirer, whereas it is actually selling its 24 percent stake to Panther ARBL Holdings.
The company, in its second release, finally indicated that its stake is coming down to 2 percent from the current 26 percent.
