During its annual launch event, Apple unveiled the 'most advanced' iPhone models on Wednesday namely iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR.

iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will be available at $999 and $1,099, respectively, while iPhone XR will be available at $749.
While the sale of these models will begin on September 21 in more than 30 countries including US, UK, Canada and China, the phones will be available in India from September 28 onwards.

Here's what an Indian can do for the price of an iPhone XS
  • Considering that fuel prices in India have been on fire with six consecutive days of rise until Wednesday, which left the petrol price at Rs 80.9 per litre in the capital as on September 11, a Delhiite can refuel his or her vehicle for 21 months.

  • Taking the average medical expenditure for every household in the country to be Rs 589 per month, an Indian can afford these regular expenses for 14 years.
  • If you are someone who regularly eats outside, you could afford it for 15 months, considering an average Indian spends Rs 6,500 in a year.
