Earlier this year, Chief Executive, Worldwide, Ogilvy John Seifert announced that the agency would be undergoing a 'restructure' which he dubbed as the agency's "next chapter."
John, a 39-year veteran of this agency during his visit to India spoke with CNBC-TV18 about the new structure for Ogilvy that would also help talent stick to the agency just like he did.
