TiE Launchpad: 6 startups that are set to make it big

TiE-Delhi NCR, a network for entrepreneurs, in partnership with CNBC-TV18’s Young Turks introduced #LaunchPad at India Internet Day 2019. #LaunchPad is a unique initiative to help early-stage tech startups showcase their upcoming innovations in front of a large relevant audience of venture capitals (VCs), entrepreneurs etc...

The startups will be selected by an influential jury panel that comprised of Rajan Anandan, former Google APAC head and TiE Delhi president, Deep Kalra of MakeMyTrip, Vani Kola of Kalaari Capital’s and Pankaj Makkar of Bertelsmann India Investments.
Applications came in from across the country and the final six startups that are part of #Launchpad will receive immersive mentoring from industry experts and an opportunity to demo at the TiECon Global conference.
Genrobotics:
This startup from Kerala is using its AI (artificial intelligence)-powered robot – Bandicoot – to actually do away with the outlawed practice of manual scavenging.
Ambee: Around 1,600 children die every day due to air pollution. But if you can’t measure it you can’t change it and that’s where hardware and data analytics startup Ambee comes in. This startup is addressing the problem of pollution that is faced by people living in Delhi NCR region.  
Paracosmic Innovation Studios: The startup builds high quality immersive role-playing games powered by Blockchain Technology. It uses Appstract, a leveraging blockchain technology to help game developers build a peer to peer marketplace to trade digital game items. This is a $50 billion industry.
StyleDotMe: This startup is focused on the space of Augmented Reality (AR). It created a “mirrAR”, AR tech platform for jewellery, to help you try and buy jewellery.
Clinikk Healthcare: This startup is focused on the healthcare segment. it was founded an orthopaedic surgeon and a geo-scientist to build an affordable and accessible healthcare network.
Probus: This startup is building an internet of things (IoT) platform to improve energy efficiency in the power distribution industry starting with India but eventually for the world.
