These are the best startups to work for in India, according to LinkedIn

The world’s largest professional network, LinkedIn, announced the 2019 LinkedIn Top Startups list for India, revealing the top 10 most-wanted startups by professionals.

The world’s largest professional network, LinkedIn, announced the 2019 LinkedIn Top Startups list for India, revealing the top 10 most-wanted startups by professionals.

It's fuelled by proprietary LinkedIn data including employment growth, engagement, job interest, and attraction of top talent.
Topping the first edition of this list is five-year-old hospitality startup OYO followed by health startup Cure.Fit, and TapChief.
LinkedIn India said the top 25 startups collectively created about 18,000 jobs in the past year, and are expected to create more than 19,000 new employment opportunities in the coming 12 months.
Here are the 2019 Top 10 Startups in India, in order of ranking:
  1. OYO Hotels and Homes:
  2.  Startup-turned-unicorn Oyo, founded by Ritesh Agarwal when he was 18, is considered to be among the top hospitality chains in India. Headquartered in Gurugram, the 5-year-old hospitality startup is already India’s largest hotel network with more than 100,000 rooms in 230 cities (compared to Marriott’s 23,000 and Taj Hotels’ 17,000).
  3. CureFit: Bengaluru-based wellness startup Cure.Fit has four offerings: no-equipment gyms, health food, yoga and meditation centres, and primary care. cure.fit offers both online and offline experiences across fitness, nutrition and mental wellbeing through its 4 products, i.e, cult.fit, eat.fit, mind.fit & care.fit.
  4. TapChief: Tapchief is a platform connecting individuals in need of advice in a specific domain to individuals who have expertise in the same.
  5. Razorpay: Razorpay is an online portal that allows consumers to use net banking, debit or credit cards for merchant payments.
  6. Bounce: Bounce (formerly known as Metro Bikes) is India's first smart mobility solution, with a mission of making daily commute stress-free, time-saving, reliable and convenient.
  7. Playment: Playment is a fully managed data labelling platform, generating training data for computer vision models at scale.
  8. Rivigo: Rivigo is a technology company that is building the material movement pipeline of India and making logistics human, faster, safer and cost-effective.
  9. Acko General Insurance: Acko General Insurance is a private sector general insurance company in India. Founded in 2016 by Varun Dua, a fintech serial entrepreneur, Acko provides innovative products with personalised pricing based on customer behaviour and data analytics.
  10. mfine: mfine is an AI-powered online doctor consultation app that gives you instant online access to doctors from the best hospitals.
  11. InterviewBit: InterviewBit is an interview preparation site which is immensely popular amongst software engineers. The site sources pre-screened candidates to different companies and a bunch of startups across the globe.
