Bengaluru-based startup CarterX has introduced a service that makes air travel much more comfortable. The startup has launched a program under which passengers' luggage is picked up right from their homes, saving them hassles at the airport.
Facilities have been set up at both, arrival and departure sections of the airport for this purpose.
Currently available at Hyderabad International Airport, the facility can be used by passengers who are either arriving or departing from the airport. Passengers interested in availing the facility should book the facility online through the website ‘www.carterporter.in.’
Users can access the company website and simply provide details such as date of arrival or departure. After registration they will be able to track the details of transfer via their mobile phones, tablets etc.
The users will also be given proper details about the transferring porter in order to make the process reliable. However, not more than eight bags can be transferred using a single registration.
