Captain Rohit Sharma opens up about retirement post India-England Test series
Captain Rohit Sharma cleared the air around his retirement in media interaction during the India-England Test series. Rohit said that he is playing the best cricket of his life.

"One day, when I wake up and feel, I am not good enough then I will retire straight away but in the last few years I am playing the best cricket of my life," Rohit said.
India kept up their enviable home record by completing a 41 series victory against England on Saturday, and captain Rohit Sharma praised his side's newcomers for their contributions in the absence of several frontline players. India were 264-1 at the break with Rohit on 102, his second hundred of the series that included three sixes on day two of the final test last Friday.
Rahul Dravid also said the team did well to maximise advantageous positions. "So, you not only need to win the games when you have to fight back, which we did well. But you have to also win the games when you're ahead and you don't let the opposition come back in any situation."
The former India captain praised the team for emerging winners from a long, grueling series against a quality opposition.
"We talked about this at the start of the series as well. Irrespective of whether we win or lose this is going to teach us a lot -- a five Test match series. You're going to go through a lot of ups and downs. It's a long series, you're going to be tested. And it was going to teach us a lot about us as players or some as a team, and a lot about us and we've come through that exceptionally with terrific flying colours and we face challenges both on and off the field", he said.
