Adidas is set to introduce its latest ultralight racing shoe, the ADIZERO Adios Evo Pro 1, to the Indian market on January 13. The limited-edition shoe will be exclusively available at the Adidas Performance Store on Linking Road, Mumbai, just in time for the Tata Mumbai Marathon.
Weighing in at 138 grams, the Adizero Adios Evo Pro 1 is 40% lighter than any previous racing supershoe created by Adidas, the company said in a press release. Priced at ₹49,999, Adidas said this cutting-edge footwear boasts the latest in outsole technology.

Adidas athlete Tigist Assefa recently solidified the Adios Pro Evo 1's reputation by becoming the greatest female marathoner at the Berlin Marathon 2023, shattering the women's world record with a timing of 2:11:53..
Assefa stated, "This is the lightest racing shoe I have ever worn, and the feeling of running in them is an incredible experience – like nothing I’ve felt before. They enable me to put my full focus on the race, which is exactly what you want as an athlete."
