eBay is in talks with etailers including ShopClues for a fresh bid in India, reported The Economic Times.
The US based e-commerce firm, which is set to exit Flipkart following the Walmart deal, is looking for better opportunities in the market, the report said citing three unidentified sources.
The talks could likely lead to the acquisition of ShopClues by eBay, the report said. Shopclues declined to comment to The Economic Times.
The development comes after Flipkart announced internally that it will stop using the eBay.in platform and will set up its own platform for refurbished goods.
