Home-buying in India rose over 40 percent year-on-year from July to December 2021, as per a report from Knight Frank. Home launches were also up over 50 percent on a year-on-year basis in the second half of the calendar year 2021. However, the unsold inventory has been the major pain point as it remained flat on a year-on-year basis.
