DLF launches commercial project in Gurugram, residential unit in Haryana's Panchkula
Listed real estate developer DLF has launched its latest commercial project in Gurugram — Central 67 — which spans across 8.69 acres. Central 67 is strategically structured so that it can be used for both retail and office purposes, DLF said in a statement.

Positioned along the exclusive commercial belt as per the Master Plan Gurgaon 2031, Central 67 signifies a paradigm shift in commercial real estate. It provides dedicated space for commercial activities, embodying the future with a synthesis of functionality, aesthetics, and connectivity, DLF said.
The real estate development company said Central 67 boasts extensive location advantages, strategically positioned along the main Sohna Road with excellent visibility. "Proximity to key nodes, with Rajiv Chowk, DLF Cyberhub, Sohna, and the IGI Airport, positions Central 67 as a strategic commercial hub with convenient travel times," it said.

DLF has also announced the launch of its residential project — The Valley Orchard in Panchkula, Haryana. The Valley Orchards starts from 1.65 crore and goes up to 2.25 crore.
The location, as per DLF, offers good connectivity via NH5, and is just 10 km from Chandigarh and a 90 km drive from Shimla. The Valley Orchard, situated along the Zirakpur–Panchkula–Kalka Highway, enjoys easy access from the NH 5 leading to the 45-metre sector road, as well as a service road leading to the project, ensuring commuting convenience, the company said.
