According to trends, Telangana's incumbent chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao's son and BRS leader K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) is in the lead. Congress party's KK Mahender Reddy is trailing by over 29 thousand votes, while BJP's Rani Rudrama Reddy is trailing by over 70 thousand votes.
Sircilla is an Assembly constituency in the Rajanna Sircilla district in North Telangana. The seat is a part of the Karimnagar Lok Sabha constituency.
In Telangana, voting for the 119-seat Assembly was held in a single phase on November 30.
In the 2023 Telangana Assembly election, KT Rama Rao, son of Telangana's incumbent Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and IT Minister of the state, is contesting from the Sircilla seat against Congress' KK Mahender Reddy and BJP leader Rani Rudrama Reddy.
During the 2018 Legislative Assembly elections, KT Rama Rao received 1,25,213 votes and secured 70.89% of the vote share. He won the Sircilla seat by a margin of 89,009 votes, while in percentage terms, the victory margin was 50.39%.

KCR's party secured 88 seats in the 2018 Telangana polls, while the Congress stood second with 19 seats, followed by All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), which won seven seats. The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) secured two seats while BJP ended up with just one constituency.
In Sircilla, the total number of voters stands at 2,40,798, out of which 1,17,872 are male voters and 1,22,920 female voters.
Telangana's Sircilla constituency has a literacy level of 62.71%.
