Delhi Police has arrested Parliament security breach accused, Lalit Mohan Jha Police said that the accused, Lalit Mohan Jha came to the police station on his own. He is being interrogated.

Delhi Police seek 15-day remand of all accused. Accused produced before the court are Manoranjan, Sagar, Amol and Neelam.

Delhi Police submitted that this was a well-planned conspiracy and attack on the Parliament of India.

Police lawyers further submitted that the accused carried pamphlet that showed and declared Prime Minister Modi as a missing person and that the person who finds him will be paid by the money from the Swiss Bank. Accused persons showed PM like a proclaimed offender.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi says, “A total of 13 MPs have been suspended from the Lok Sabha. An MP who was not present at the well was also suspended… We requested the Lok Sabha Speaker to drop that name and the Speaker accepted this.”

Suspended Opposition MPs had staged a sit-in protest inside the Parliament over their suspension earlier this evening.

A total of 15 MPs – 14 from Lok Sabha and 1 from Rajya Sabha – were suspended today for the remainder of the winter session.

On the Parliamentary security breach incident, DMK MP TR Baalu says, “All the opposition MPs are demanding is that the Home Minister or the Prime Minister come before Parliament and explain what has happened, what remedial steps they have taken… The minimum punishment is that he (BJP MP Pratap Simha) should be arrested.”
