Madhya Pradesh (MP) election exit poll results 2023: 
Exit polls are predicting a nail-biting finish in Madhya Pradesh when the election results for the 230 assembly seats are announced on December 3. The MP exit poll results suggest no major difference in the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Indian National Congress (Congress) seat and vote share.

The Poll of Polls for Madhya Pradesh has projected the BJP to win 130 seats, while the Congress may bag 97 seats. Other parties are projected to win 3 seats.
TV9 Bharatvarsh—Polstrat has predicted 106–116 seats for the BJP, 111–121 for Congress, and 00–06 for others.
Republic—Matrize has projected 118–130 seats for the BJP, Congress has been given 97–107 seats and 0–2 seats for others.
The Jan Ki Baat exit polls have projected the BJP to win anywhere between 100 and 123 seats, while the Congress may bag between 102 and 125 seats. The poll predicts other parties and independents to win 5 seats.
The exit polls on Madhya Pradesh by News24—Today’s Chanakya exit poll have projected the BJP to bag a whopping 151 seats, while the Congress is projected to win 74 seats. The poll has given others 5 seats.
India TV-CNX exit polls have projected the BJP to win between 140 and 159 seats, while the Congress will be limited to between 70 and 89 seats. Other parties are going to bag nil to 2 seats.
The exit polls by India Today-Axis My India predict a huge win for the BJP, with the survey results giving the ruling party 140–162 seats and 68–90 to the Congress.
The Times Now-ETG exit poll results indicate the BJP will win 105–117 seats, while the Congress is expected to win 109–115. Others are expected to win 1–5 seats.
The ABP-CVoter exit poll for MP has predicted a Congress win, with the party expected to win 113–137 seats, while the BJP may win 88–112 seats. Others are likely to bag 2–8 seats.

The voting for 230 assembly seats in Madhya Pradesh took place on November 17 and recorded a voter turnout of 71.11%.
Among the major candidates, the BJP fielded CM Chouhan from the Sehore seat in the Budhni assembly constituency, while state home minister Narottam Mishra contested from the Datia seat.
Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that he is confident of the BJP’s win in the state.
"I have already said that there is no close fight in Madhya Pradesh… BJP is going to win. I was always full of confidence and what the exit poll is saying is people’s verdict… Ladli behnon ne sare kante nikal diye."

Eventually, in the MP poll results 2018, the Congress won the majority with 114 seats but fell short of two to win the election; however, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and Samajwadi Party (SP) extended their support to the party to keep the BJP out of power in the state. BSP and SP won 2 and 1 seats, respectively, taking the total for Congress to 117, crossing the majority mark of 116. The BJP was close behind with 109 seats.
The Kamal Nath-led Congress government lasted for 15 months as it lost its majority after the revolt of 22 Congress MLAs led by Jyotiraditya Scindia, who joined the BJP. Shivraj Singh Chouhan was sworn in as chief minister for a record fourth time.
