The Congress party on Tuesday, December 5, said the INDIA bloc meeting has been postponed to the third week of December as many partners were planning to skip the December 6 (Wednesday) meeting. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren will also skip the meeting. "I will be busy in Giridh. I spoke to Kharge Ji yesterday, maybe a representative from our side will go," Soren told news agency ANI.
