Aam Aadmi Party Leader Atishi took to social media platform X on Wednesday night, saying the Enforcement Directorate is likely to raid Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence on Thursday, January 4, morning. "Arrest likely," she added.
This comes after the CM skipped another summon issued by the ED on Wednesday, January 3, about an excise policy-linked money laundering case. He wrote to the agency saying he would not be going to their office.

The Aam Aadmi Party released a statement, saying, "Ready to cooperate in the ED investigation but the agency's notice is illegal. Their intention is to arrest Arvind Kejriwal. They want to stop him from the election campaign."
The statement also questioned the timing of the notice. "Why has the notice been sent right before elections? The notice is an attempt to stop Kejriwal from campaigning in elections," it said.
Wednesday's notice was the third one sent to Kejriwal, who is also the convener of the party, after he refused to appear before the agency during the two previous summons on December 21 and November 2.
