Paris continues to top the list of the world's most attractive city destinations, according to a global market research company's annual report. On Euromonitor International’s Top 100 City Destinations Index 2023, you'd be surprised to find out which city takes the second spot. The Spanish capital of Madrid ranked third. The Euromonitor International report takes into account 55 metrics across six key pillars — economic and business performance, tourism performance, tourism infrastructure, tourism policy and attractiveness, health and safety, and sustainability — for 100 city destinations to prepare the final list.
