In recent months, several countries have waived visa requirements for Indian tourists. So, Indian passport holders can celebrate the New Year this time at their dream destinations abroad, without the added headache of figuring out visa rules.

Thailand | One of the hot favourites for Indians, Thailand has a lot to offer to make your New Year celebrations unique, starting from the busy streets of Bangkok to the tranquil beaches of Phuket.

Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim recently announced that Indian passport holders will be granted visa-free entry to Malaysia for a duration of up to 30 days starting December 1. During their stay, tourists get to try out the famous cuisine of Malaysia, including nasi lemak and satay.
