WHAT CAN YOU DO ON THREADS: Post text, videos and photos and also engage in real-time conversations. The app is linked to your Instagram account. IS THERE A CHARACTER LIMIT: Threads allow you to publish short posts or updates that are up to 500 characters. You can include links, photos or videos up to 5 minutes long. Your feed will include posts from people and accounts you follow on Instagram or Threads, as well as recommendations for undiscovered content. (Image: News18)
HOW TO JOIN THREADS: You must have an Instagram account to join Threads. You can sign in with your Instagram credentials and keep your usernames, followers and verification status. Your Instagram handle will also be your Threads user name. You will be able to directly import the list of who you follow on Instagram to Threads.
