Driven by, Telegram has become the most downloaded non-gaming app worldwide for January 2021, driven to a large extent by rising demand in India amid WhatsApp privacy row.  The app saw 6.3 crore installs last month—a nearly four-fold increase compared to January 2020, according to the latest data released by app analytics firm Sensor Tower.
