Bollywood is turning out to be a huge help for budding businesses and entrepreneurs. Deepika Padukone on Tuesday invested in Drum Foods International Pvt. Ltd, the maker of the yogurt brand Epigamia. Padukone is not alone in her investing initiative, many actors, including Priyanka Chopra, Amitabh Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar, among others, have funded startups. Not only have they invested in startups, some actors such as 'Rang De Basanti' actor Kunal Kapoor have also started companies.
