Sources privy to the developments told CNBC-TV18 that this share sale may be offered at a slight discount, ranging from 0-2% off the current market price, which stands at Rs 767 per share.
Adani Wilmar | The FMCG company said it witnessed double-digit volume growth and an increase in its rural sales in the September quarter. Tata Motors | The company on October 5 said that its luxury arm Jaguar Land Rover's retail sales, including the Chery Jaguar Land Rover China JV, rose 21% year-on-year to 106,561 units for the second quarter ended September 30, 2023. Under the terms of the agreement, Sun Pharma will acquire a 37.76 percent equity shareholding in EzeRx at a cost of Rs 28.69 crore, according to a stock exchange filing.
Utkarsh SFB | Microfinance lender said that its gross loan portfolio registered a substantial year-on-year surge of 26.4 percent, reaching Rs 14,894 crore. Further, the bank's total deposits marked a notable 19 percent increase year-on-year, totalling Rs 13,965 crore.
Lupin | The drug firm has secured tentative approval from the US FDA for its Abbreviated New Drug Application concerning tolvaptan tablets. These tablets are available in various strengths, including 15 mg, 30 mg, 45 mg, 60 mg, and 90 mg, and are intended to serve as a generic equivalent to Jynarque tablets, a product by Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co Ltd.
Tinplate Company of India | The company said the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Jamshedpur Circle, has imposed a penalty of Rs 39.9 crore on the company. This penalty is in connection with a prior demand order issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Jamshedpur, relating to the fiscal year 2016-17.
