The enterprise value on a no cash / no debt basis for 100% stake in Capital Foods is said to be ₹5,100 crore. 75% of the equity will be acquired immediately, while the remaining 25% will be acquired in the next three years. The company will also acquire Organic India for ₹1,900 crore. Organic India is in the business of packaged organic tea, herbal products and health supplements. Tata Consumer's board will meet on January 19 to consider fund raising via debt issue.
