Sam Bahadur (Theatre) | Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur is a biopic based on the life of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, the former Chief of the Army Staff of the Indian Army. The plot of the film is set in the backdrop of the 1971 Indo-Pakistan War. The movie explores Sam Manekshaw’s dynamic personality and his exemplary military career. Berlin (Netflix) | For the lovers of Netflix’s well-known series, Money Heist, a spinoff prequel of the original show will be released soon. The series, named Berlin, will be streaming on Netflix from December 29. The upcoming spinoff prequel will be focussing on the golden age before the Money Heist took place. In the series, Berlin, played by Pedro Alonso, will be collaborating with a gang in Paris to plan one of his most loved robberies ever. The Archies (Netflix) | Zoya Akhtar directed The Archies a musical drama based on the classic Archie Comics that is set in the backdrop of 1960s India. The film revolves around the protagonist Archie and the gang who navigates through romance and friendship. The Archies has been scheduled to stream on Netflix from December 7. Dunki (Theatre) | Following two blockbuster movies Pathaan and Jawan this year, the third grand project of Shah Rukh Khan, Dunki, is slated for a December 20 release. The movie delves into the lives of four friends from a village in Punjab, who all are planning to go to England. Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (Theatre) | Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is the sequel to the 2018 movie Aquaman. It also marks the final installment of the DC Extended Universe. The upcoming part of the movie is the continuation of the previous one after many years wherein Aquaman is seen to balance out his duties as a king and also as a member of the Justice League. With a twisted turn of events, the king of the ocean will be forced to protect his kingdom and his loved ones from the Black Manta, who obtains the cursed Black Trident. Kadak Singh (Zee5) | Pankaj Tripathi’s upcoming thriller film, Kadak Singh is all set to be released on Zee 5 on December 8. The film revolves around an officer of the Department of Financial Crimes who has been diagnosed with retrograde amnesia. Despite the illness, the officer solves a complex case of a chit-fund scam.
