Kia Seltos: South Korean motor firm Kia unveiled its compact SUV Kia Seltos worldwide which the company claims is specially designed for Indian roads. The SUV, as per reports, is expected to be launched in India soon and will be priced between Rs 11-15 lakh (ex-showroom). The car comes with an ample number of features such as a 360-degree camera, wireless charging, in-car WiFi, among others.
MG Hector: MG (Morris Garages) Motor unveiled the 'Hector', India’s first internet 48-volt (48V) hybrid SUV with more than 50 connected features. The pre-order of Hector will begin soon and the dates are expected to be announced in the next few weeks. The price of the car is yet to be announced. The shipments will begin within the next few weeks to its 120 outlets across 50 cities.
Hyundai Kona EV: Carmaker Hyundai is developing a crossover sports utility vehicle (SUV) named Kona and the electric vehicle (EV) is reportedly ready to hit the road. The Kona Electric has a 64KWH lithium-ion polymer battery pack delivering 258 miles per charge. Notably, this makes it the longest-range non-luxury EV, beating the likes of the Chevrolet Bolt EV (238 miles) and Nissan Leaf (151 miles) -- and even Hyundai's own Ioniq Electric (124 miles). The Kona Electric or Kona EV is, unsurprisingly, based on the existing Hyundai Kona gas-powered platform.
