Record-Breaking Lap: The Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale has set a new record at the Fiorano Circuit, clocking the fastest-ever lap by a road car at 1:17.309. The track, exclusively reserved for Ferrari models, witnessed this historic moment.
Steering Success: Raffaele de Simone, Ferrari’s Head of Development Test Driving, was at the helm during this record-breaking feat. The SF90 XX Stradale outpaced its predecessor, the Assetto Fiorano-equipped SF90 Stradale, by 1.4 seconds.
Powerful Performance: The limited-series XX Stardale inherits the PHEV layout from the SF90 Stradale. It boasts a V8 twin-turbo engine integrated with three electric motors, delivering a combined power output of 1016 bhp.
Aerodynamic Aesthetics: Ferrari has enhanced the SF90 Stradale’s appearance with active aerodynamic fins, slats, wings, and changes to the cooling system. These modifications ensure the most efficient aerodynamic performance of any road-legal prancing horse.
Aggressive Appearance: The car’s nose has been reworked for a more aggressive look, enhancing air intake capacity and the performance of the V8 below. The new rims and air dams in the fenders are visible in profile.
Downforce Dynamics: The SF90 XX Stradale features the first permanent rear spoiler on a road-going Ferrari since the F50 in 1995. This ambitious aerodynamic upgrade can generate 315kg of downforce at 250kmph.
Lighting the Way: A single wraparound light bar replaces the dual taillights, running the whole of the muscular rear. Carbon fibre has been liberally employed on the front lip, spitter, wings, roll bars, and diffuser.
Cooling Capacity: The aerodynamic revamp enhances the passage of cold air into the revised radiators. This allows Ferrari to release an extra 30PS compared to the standard SF90, with the car’s total output rated at 1030PS and 804 Nm of torque.
Electric Excellence: Ferrari promises that both SF90 XXs will travel around 24km on electric power alone, reaching speeds of up to 135kmph. The eight-speeder’s gearbox programming promises improved overrun noise.
Hybrid Haste: The plug-in hybrid technology provides a quiet 25km pure-electric range. Unleashing the electric motors and the ICE unit to their full potential, the SF90 XX can sprint from 0 to 100kmph in 2.3 seconds.
Braking Brilliance: Redesigned front brakes and larger rear discs operate with the ABS-Evo system. This boosts the XX’s stopping power, decelerating from 200kph to a halt in 108.1m and from 100-0kph in 29.2m.
Racetrack Ready: The car’s interior oozes racetrack appeal. The dashboard is covered in Alcantara, and the racing seats are 1.3kg lighter than the standard Stradale’s single-piece components.
Exclusive Edition: The exclusivity of the XX Programme is evident. With a production limit of 799 SF90 Stradale coupes and 599 SF90 Spider convertibles, all models are already allotted among the manufacturer’s select clientele.
