PNB MetLife India Insurance has announced the launch of PMLI Small Cap Fund, a new fund within the Unit Linked Insurance Plan (ULIP) segment. The new fund offer (NFO) will offer policy holders an opportunity to create wealth over the policy life by investing in a diversified equity portfolio with focus on small-cap companies, PNB MetLife India said.

The new fund shall be available at a unit price of ₹10 during the NFO period i.e. till February 29, 2024.
"The PNB MetLife Small Cap Fund offers investors an opportunity to be part of India's growth by investing in small sized companies with high growth potential across diverse sectors. PNB MetLife's proven expertise in fund management combined with sound risk management and high standards of corporate governance sit behind its actively managed investment strategy," the company said.
Customers can participate in the new fund through the various ULIPs offered by the company: PNB MetLife Smart Platinum Plan, PNB MetLife Goal Ensuring Multiplier plan and PNB MetLife Mera Wealth Plan.

The fund advocates a long-term investment horizon to ride over the short-term fluctuations and capture long-term growth potential.”
