Each of these cards cater to specific spending habits and preferences, offering a blend of discounts, rewards, and privileges. Potential cardholders should, however, carefully evaluate their lifestyle, spending patterns, and desired benefits before selecting the most suitable option.
Here are some credit cards as per Paisabazaar, offering best entertainment benefits as of December 2023:
Axis Bank My Zone Credit Card
For avid moviegoers and shoppers, the Axis Bank My Zone Credit Card is available with a ₹500 annual fee. It offers 25% cashback on movie tickets booked through Paytm, complimentary airport lounge access, and discounts at popular merchants like Myntra and Paytm.
However, it’s crucial to note that the movie ticket discount applies only on Paytm bookings, capping the cashback at ₹100 per month.
Axis Bank Neo Credit Card
Catering to online shopping aficionados, the Axis Neo Credit Card, with its ₹250 annual fee, offers a 10% discount on BookMyShow movie tickets and benefits on platforms like Myntra, Zomato, and Grofers.
While it provides welcome vouchers for initial transactions, its rewards rate might disappoint those seeking comprehensive rewards across purchases, Paisabazaar said.
SBI Elite Card
For benefits across shopping, travel, and entertainment, the SBI Elite Card stands out, albeit with a higher annual fee of ₹4,999. The perks include free movie tickets worth ₹6,000 annually through BookMyShow, reward points, complimentary lounge access, and significant bonuses on reaching specific spending milestones.
It caters well to high spenders who go for frequent movies, dining, and travel, Paisabazaar said.
SBI Prime Card
With an annual fee of ₹2,999, the SBI Prime Card offers 10 reward points per ₹100 spent on movie tickets. It presents benefits, including rewards on utility bill payments, birthdays, groceries, dining, and partnerships with brands like Bata and Yatra.com.
However, the annual fee waiver demands substantial spending, making it better suited for high spenders, Paisabazaar said.
Kotak PVR Gold Credit Card
Specifically tailored for loyal PVR customers, the Kotak PVR Gold Credit Card emphasises free movie tickets over cashback or rewards.

It targets individuals keen on earning complimentary tickets by leveraging their loyalty to the PVR chain. It comes with an annual fee of ₹499.
