Shares of HCL Technologies, Dalmia Bharat and two others are turning ex-dividend on Friday, October 20. The stocks declined on Thursday, a day ahead of their ex-dividend date.
Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd, Angel One Ltd, HCL Tech and Dalmia Bharat will turn ex-dividend on Friday and investors who will purchase shares of these firms until Thursday will be eligible for getting the dividend announced by these companies.
HCL Technologies on October 12 announced an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share of Rs 2 each for the 2023-24 fiscal. The company has fixed the record date as October 20 while the payment date will be October 31.
HCL earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs 10 per share on July 20, 2023, for the current fiscal.
HCL Tech shares opened with losses and fell further to touch a low of 1,264.80 on BSE on Thursday. The stock was trading down 0.19 percent at Rs 1,267 at 11.12 AM.
Cement manufacturer Dalmia Bharat Ltd on October 14 announced an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share with a record date of October 21. The payment date of the said interim dividend will be October 31.
Shares of the company dropped nearly 2 percent to hit a low of Rs 2187.75 apiece on BSE in morning deals. The stock was trading 1.41 percent lower at Rs 2,199.35 apiece later.
Angel One Ltd on October 12 announced the second interim dividend for 2023-24 at the rate of Rs 12.70 per share on equity shares having face value of Rs 10 per share. The record date is October 20 while the dividend will be paid on or before November 10.
Angel One shares dropped 1.31 percent to touch a low of Rs 2,135 on BSE in morning trade. The stock latter recovered to trade higher 0.62 percent at Rs 2 177.65 apiece at 11.26 AM.
The board of Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd on October 12 declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity share of face value of Rs 5 each for 2023-24.
The stock touched a low of Rs 1.844 before trading 0.75 percent lower at Rs 1871.10 on BSE.
