Religare has announced a preferential issue of about Rs 570 crore. Burman Group may end up holding more than 15 percent post this qualified institutional placement (QIP), because they already have warrants issued to them.
Religare owned 89 percent stake in Care Health Insurance, 100 percent stake in Religare Finvest, 87.5 percent stake in Religare Housing Development and 100 percent stake in Religare Broking.
