Morgan Stanley believes that the vehicle finance companies are at a cusp of a multiyear upcycle and the valuations are attractive. Both Shriram Transport Finance and M&M Financial Services should deliver strong multiyear returns, it said.
Morgan Stanley’s new target price for Shriram Transport Finance is Rs 2,000 and for M&M Finance is Rs 255.
