Tata Motors, YES Bank, M&M, Vedanta, and Infosys remained the Nifty50 top-gainers while Bharti Infratel, Coal India, Titan, Grasim and Zee Entertainment remained the top-laggards.

In intraday, the stock was trading 3.22 percent lower to Rs 210.30 per share on the NSE, and the stock hits a 52-week low.

The pharma major Pfizer on Saturday reported a strong set of results with September quarter net profit rising 61 percent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 154.25 crore. 

On the NSE, the stock is trading 6.92 percent higher at Rs 3,735 per share. 

The company's revenue from operations came in at Rs 567.06 crore in the quarter, up 9.10 percent as against Rs 519.74 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The share price of YES Bank rose 8 percent intraday on the NSE during the auspicious Muhurat Trading. Intraday, the stock surged 8.24 percent at Rs 56.45 per share. 

As per the Bank's last BSE filing, it announced that it will take over Rs 6,000 crore of land held by Sumer Group in Radius JV over non-payment of Rs 479 crore loan. 

"The Borrowers and Mortagagors having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the Borrower/Mortgagors and the public in general that the undersigned has taken the possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him under Section 13(4) of the said Act," said the BSE filing.

The Muhurat Trading began with a bang with Tata Motors as its front-runner. The stock jumped 15 percent intraday on Sunday after the company's net loss came in at Rs 216.6 crore for the September quarter of FY20. 

The company had reported a net loss of Rs 1,048.80 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year. The group's consolidated revenue came in at Rs 65,432 crore, lower than Rs 71,981.08 crore in the same quarter last year. 

The company said growth continues to be affected by subdued demand, higher axle loads, liquidity stress, low freight availability for cargo operators and general economic slowdown.

Jaguar's EBITDA margin stood at 13.8 percent which is among the highest in the last 16 quarters, the company claimed. EBIT margin came at 4.8 percent.

Reliance Industries has decided to reorganize its telecom and digital facing business by setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary for digital platform initiatives.

1. Tata Motors: On October 25, the carmaker reported a 79 percent year-on-year (YoY) fall in its net loss at Rs 216.6 crore for the September quarter of FY20. The company had reported a net loss of Rs 1,048.80 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year. The group's consolidated revenue came in at Rs 65,432 crore, lower than Rs 71,981.08 crore in the same quarter last year. Consolidated EBITDA came at Rs 7,045 crore against the CNBC-TV18 poll of Rs 5,401 crore, while consolidated EBITDA margin stood at 10.8 percent.

2. ICICI Bank: Country's largest private sector lender ICICI Bank on October 26 reported a 28 percent year-on-year (YoY) decline in its September quarter profit due to deferred tax assets adjustment (DTA). Profit after tax (PAT) dipped to Rs 654.96 crore in Q2FY20, against Rs 908.88 crore in the same period last year, but supported by strong PPoP and other income, and lower provisions. Net interest income (NII) during the quarter grew by 26 percent to Rs 8,057.43 crore with 13 percent credit growth YoY. Domestic loan growth stood at 16 percent as the bank continued to leverage its strong retail franchise.

3. SBI: India’s largest bank, on Friday, posted a 219 percent jump in the net profit for the September quarter at Rs 3,012 crore, as against Rs 945 crore in the same period of last year. The bank made a Rs 3,500-crore profit from stake sale in SBI Life Insurance. The bank’s gross non-performing assets (NPAs) declined to Rs 161,636 crore (7.19 percent of advances) from Rs 205,864 crore (9.95 percent) a year ago. Net interest margin (NIM) rose to 3.22 percent from 2.80 percent.
