Positive on Eicher, Bosch & Bharat Forge in auto space: Motilal Oswal AMC

Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (AMC) remains positive on Eicher Motors, Bosch and Bharat Forge in the auto space, said Manish Sonthalia, Head Equities- Portfolio Management Services (PMS) at the AMC on Tuesday.

Speaking in an interview of CNBC-TV18, he said, “We continue to remain positive on 2-wheeler and commercial vehicle stocks and within that the picks are Eicher Motors, Bosch, Bharat Forge and Maruti Suzuki to some extent.”

According to him, work from home has resulted in higher demand for residential realty. “Sobha is really a preferred name because to Bengaluru market is stable. There is a price increase to the extent of 10 percent across the board and some aggressive launches coming through. Therefore, we prefer the residential and retail space and not so much the commercial space and within that DLF, Sobha, Godrej Properties would be the preferred names,” he added.
