NBCC (India) Ltd has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has received multiple work orders worth ₹367.92 crore. The company’s shares, however, dipped by 5% on Monday to settle at ₹120.95 per piece on the NSE at close.
NBCC has informed the markets that its wholly-owned subsidiary, HSCC (India) Ltd has secured a total of nine work orders spread across Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Mizoram.
Medical Education & Ayush has offered six contracts to HSCC (India) worth ₹262.13 crore in Maharashtra.
An order valued at ₹50.32 crore has been received by HSCC for the upgradation of existing state government medical colleges to increase MBBS seats of UG/PG students in the Govt. Medical College of Chandrapur, while a ₹63.68 crore order has been awarded for the construction of three lecture halls and 150 capacity boys and 150 capacity girls UG hostels at Shri Bhausaheb Hire Govt. Medical College in Dhule.
An order worth ₹45.14 crore has been awarded for the construction of an exam hall, museum hall, skill laboratory, central record room, education unit, child care unit, and intern hostel, among others at Government Medical College, Aurangabad, along with the construction of lecture hall, laboratories and demonstration room at the government medical college in Nagpur for ₹23.58 crore.
Two orders worth ₹54.94 crore and ₹24.47 crore each have been secured for the construction of a building floor at Indira Gandhi Government Medical College in Nagpur and the construction of three wards and a lecture hall at Govt. Medical College in Nagpur, respectively.
Further, the Power Grid Corporation of India has awarded three projects to HSCC (India), valued collectively at ₹105.79 crore for the construction of Township works under NERPSIP in Meghalaya at ₹4 crore, in Nagaland for ₹31.57 crore, and in Mizoram for ₹40.22 crore, each.
