Information Technology (IT) solutions provider Mphasis on Thursday launched DeepInsights Doc AI, an intelligent document processing solution driven by generative AI.
Through this solution, Mphasis aims to assist enterprise clients in extracting context-specific information from documents, regardless of their format or layout. This information can then be seamlessly integrated with downstream IT systems to produce actionable insights.
DeepInsights Doc AI offers a tailored LLM solution designed for enterprise-specific requirements around document processing, covering information extraction, information discovery, context-aware search, and insight generation with recommendations, Mphasis said in a stock exchange filing.
DeepInsights Doc AI utilises self-hosted LLM to fine-tune search capabilities for domain-specific language understanding, enabling efficient extraction of relevant enterprise content. It retrieves and extracts information from documents with multi-modal content, streamlining processes like invoice, claims and broker submission processing.
Additionally, it generates content tailored to the language and style of domain-specific processes and recommends actions based on standard procedures and historical data.
Customizable to meet enterprise requirements, DeepInsights Doc AI expedites workflows through meticulously designed trainable pipelines. This is particularly valuable for businesses handling diverse document types or requiring precise information extraction.
Designed for efficient and scalable LLM deployments on the cloud, DeepInsights Doc AI offers a cost-effective solution.
“We believe this new iteration will be a game-changer for organizations seeking more efficient, accurate, and cost effective ways to process a diverse range of documents. Moreover, this will also lead to significant improvements in productivity, customer service, and risk management for enterprise clients," said Nitin Rakesh, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Director of Mphasis.
Earlier this year, the company established a strategic partnership with Kore.ai, an enterprise conversational AI platform, showcasing its dedication to advancing Gen AI solutions.
Shares of Mphasis were trading 0.52% lower at ₹2,625.8 on the BSE at 10:19 AM.
