Indian markets ended higher on Wednesday, tracking gains in Asian markets, on hopes that the worst of the coronavirus in China may have passed. The BSE Sensex ended 349.76 points higher at 41,565.90, while the Nifty50 index settled 93.30 points higher at 12,201.20. The Nifty MidCap 100 index declined 0.20 percent, while the banking gauge, Nifty Bank advanced 0.61 percent.
