KNR Constructions on Tuesday, March 12, announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Government of Telangana. The LOA pertains to water supply projects in 26 Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and sewerage projects in 04 ULBs under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) 2.0 initiative, falling under the jurisdiction of the Nalgonda and Khammam PH Divisions, Package – II.
The order is from the Public Health and Municipal Engineering Department (PHMED) of the Municipal Administration & Urban Development (MA & UD) Department.
The ₹1,163 crore project encompasses water supply initiatives across 26 ULBs and sewerage projects in 04 ULBs, strategically spread across the Nalgonda and Khammam PH Divisions, under the AMRUT 2.0 scheme. The project is scheduled to be executed over a construction period of 24 months, followed by a comprehensive operation and maintenance period of 5 years post-completion.
