J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd announced on Tuesday that it has received multiple projects in conjunction with its joint ventures, with the orders totalling to ₹1,822.7 crore.
J Kumar Infraprojects in a Joint Venture (JV) with SMC Infrastructures Private Ltd, named J Kumar – SMC, bagged a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth ₹493 crore from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. The contract won is for the construction of a creek bridge connecting Ghansoli and Airoli along Palm Beach Road at Ghansoli in Navi Mumbai on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) mode.
Of the total ₹493 crore order received by the JV entity, J Kumar Infraprojects’ share is ₹345.09 crore. The company holds 70% stake in the JV.
The time duration in which the project needs to be completed is stated as 30 months.
Further, J Kumar Infraprojects has won another project worth 1,329.71 crore in a joint venture with RPS, named J Kumar-RPS (JV).
The said contract has been awarded to the J Kumar Infra joint venture by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for the proposed construction of elevated road corridor from Eastern Freeway (Orange Gate) to Grant Road Area.
As per the details of the project, the total contract value is ₹1,329.71 crore with J Kumar Infraprojects’ share amounting to ₹930.8 crore as the company holds 70% stake in the JV.
The time period set for completing this project awarded by BMC stands at 42 months.
Shares of J Kumar Infraprojects closed flat at ₹645.3 apiece on BSE.
