Insurance is one of the very stable sectors, will see sustainable growth, says market expert Vikas Khemani

Vikas Khemani, founder of Carnelian Capital Advisors, believes that Indian economy is in the beginning of an early stage of a long economic cycle.

He expects to see robust earnings growth of 18-20 percent or higher over the next 3-4 years.

Speaking about insurance sector he said, "Insurance is one of the very stable sectors. It is one of the reasonably consolidated market - there are not many players and it is one of the very underpenetrated market. So good insurance companies, whether it is life insurance or general insurance, you will see very sustainable growth both on topline as well as the bottomline."
