Indian benchmark indices closed on a strong note following the last week's trend. Clearly, bulls took charge over the Sensex and Nifty.
Sensex closed at 37,054.10 up by 382.67 points while Nifty closed at 11,168 up by 132.60 points.
About 1,735 shares advanced, 911 shares declined and 163 shares remained unchanged in yesterday's trading session.
All sectors ended in the green territory except IT.

Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) PTE sold 52,84,236 shares of Lemon Tree Hotels at Rs 84.15 per share aggregating to a total amount of Rs 44,46,68,459 crore.
IndusInd Bank sold 1,70,00,000 shares of Reliance Communications at Rs 5.54 per share aggregating to Rs 9,41,80,000 crore.
