FYERS, a trading and investing platforms, has become the first brokerage in the country to publicly disclose information on their uptime and downtime. The company has introduced ‘FYERS Status Dashboard’ a tool that enables traders to track the platform’s availability almost in real time.
Through the Status Dashboard, users can get first-hand information about any platform outages, resolutions, and scheduled maintenance downtimes.
They will also have access to the availability of key components, including Trading, Data (Real-time & Historical), Login, and Exchange Connectivity (NSE, BSE & MCX), FYERS said.
Additionally, the dashboard provides visual representation of platform uptime, enabling traders to swiftly identify any service disruptions. Detailed outage insights offer context and understanding of any downtime incidents. Moreover, traders can access historical uptime and downtime records dating back to June 2023, allowing them to track the reliability of the platform, the brokerage said.
Tejas Khoday, Co-founder and CEO of FYERS said, “With the dashboard, our customers can now get near real-time updates about disruptions, causes and resolution TAT (Turn Around Time) for mission-critical trading services. We hope the industry follows suit, creating a more transparent, reliable and robust trading environment for all participants.”
Founded in 2015 by Tejas Khoday, FYERS caters to over 5 lakh users.
The platform offers features like TradingView integration, Drag&Drop Trading, Verified P&L, thematic investments, direct mutual funds, Minor Demat Accounts, and NRI Trading Accounts
